No, not all orders on Booncart are prepaid. Only customized products and certain items (as specified by the vendor) require prepayment. Other products may offer standard payment options as available.

Personalized/custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. For non-customized items, u can cancel/modify within 24hrs.
